We bought this machine in late January to support our caffeine habit with more than drip coffee. I've used K-cup machines and enjoy the convenience, though they certainly produce mediocre coffee at best.The Rivo doesn't have this problem. While there are only 4 capsules available for it, they produce a consistent espresso shot. The latte-maker uses milk of your choice instead of the "fake powdered foam" of K-cup machines and the Starbucks machine.The machine is dead-simple to clean: the latte container and equipment that touches the milk (stirrer and steam wand) slide off the machine and clean quickly. There's nothing else to do clean!The one complaint at this point is that capsules are difficult to find- in other words, Amazon doesn't sell them (even third-party) yet.

Tried the espresso from this at a friend's house. Great coffee and it was really easy to operate. Downside: Needs an R-cup, similar to the K-cup, where you can use your own fresh ground coffee. I saw the price at $400 on Amazon. I then contacted Keurig customer service to see why their website was out of stock (Keurig.com), and when to expect it in stock. They actually told me that it would be around the fall of 2013, and that I could purchase now on Bloomingdales.com. Bloomingdales has a "private" sale going on (now through Sunday April 28) that is for their "loyalists". Their Keurig Rivo normal price was listed at $315 (still far below Amazon). I signed up as a loyalist (free) and began shopping. With the loyalist discounts, I got the Keurig Rivo machine and five (5) boxes of Rivo coffee for $259 total!!! The shipping was free, and since I live in Texas, no taxes.

Amazingly easy to set up and use and the foam is just like the coffee shop. Great tasting latte and other espresso drinks can be made at home just when you want it, no more trips to the starbucks, peets.... just for the drink. I am pleased at this purchase as I love lattes and other espresso drinks. Need to get some syrups to make the flavored drinks.It is very easy to clean the milk frother, just rinse it and clean in the top rack of dishwasher. Milk frother creates great quality foam (especially in the non-fat milk). Highly recommend this for espresso lovers.Another good feature is the ability to make iced lattes,the frother can make cold forth too which is not available in Nespresso Lattissima Plus or Starbucks Verismo.Bought this at a lower price at Bloomingdale.com on sale at Keurig price of 229.99 with 10% discount. The R cups are cheaper on Keurig.com.
