Purchased a Keurig Cinnamon B70 brewer from Keurig. Was very happy with product while it worked. Had it about 6 months and it started brewing just 1/2 a cup. We did all the recommended cleaning, descaling, and using a paper clip to clean the exit needles. Nothing seemed to help. Called Keurig tech support. They stated that since we bought the item online and not from a store that they would not honor the warranty. I just feel for the price they charge for these machines it should last longer than 6 months.

I have now owned three of these models of brewer and each time some time into owning them the device stops taking in water from the reservoir to heat it up. The blue light will flash in the tank indicating it is low on water, which of course it is not.The time varies to this malfunction, but the malfunction has occurred 3 out of 3 times making me feel pretty comfortable in saying it is a wide spread issue. You can fix this by unseating the tank and re-seating it sometimes, other times you have to absorb the water in the tray beneath the tank (the one intake hole) with a paper towel and this corrects the issue. Why does this work? I have no idea but it does. The thing is this takes your brewer from this model to a one cup model that takes more time and effort to prepare a cup with might as well by the smaller cheaper one cup one since the both take 2 minutes to brew 1 cup. This is frustrating to say the least, now I love the concept, the variety, the ability to just make a cup at a time but if they are going to break the same way each time I have to say the product is not worth the money and that is a shame because I had high hopes for the company and I was willing to give them several chances to make good on that promise.Three strikes and you are out.

I had been using a small one cup maker for years and after listening to me complain about how hard it was to find filters for it anymore, a friend found this one for me. It was like going from a Yugo to a Cadillac! I love being able to make what ever size cup of coffee I want, whether its just a small normal cup or travel mug size and not have to guess with the water. I love being able to buy the different kinds of coffee, tea and hot chocolate for my guests or use a reusable filter to brew specialty blends for myself.
