I wanted to get this machine for my parents because they love to drink coffee and I thought it would be a faster and less hassle option. I also like the Vue cups because there's really no effort in putting it into the machine. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because they nip you in the butt with the prices of the cups. Over $1-2 each cup is ridiculous I might as well buy something from Starbucks! Offer something cheaper in that regard please.
