This item arrived way before it was schedule to. It was well packaged. The mugs that come with it are a perfect size for a coffee drinker. I ordered some variety packs of pods to try, and they arrived as well today, so I have been drinking coffee all day. I may never sleep again, but this coffeemaker is awesome. It costs so much less then the keurig brand, yet it offers the flexibility for you to use regular ground coffee. It is easy to use. It comes with a quick start guide, and I had my first cup within minutes of opening the box. It is really simple: put the water in, put the pod in, put the cup under the dispenser, push the handle down, press start. The cup stand pops out so you can put a taller cup in, or ice filled glass if you want to make iced coffee or tea. If you are looking for a pod-brewing coffeemaker, this one is awesome!

I bought this item a while back because it was suppose to be able work with either ground coffee, k-cup packs, or Senseo typepackets. When I tried ground coffee it leaked out all over the counter the same thing happened with coffee packets. The onlything it does fairly well is brew a cup with the k-cup packs. There is a reason this item is not available in stores.
