Keurig is one of the best manufacturers to do business with. If there is a problem you just call the toll free service number provided & they will make it right. Mine worked fine but I called them for an elderly friend & they sent replacement, no problem at all. So don't run a company down if you don't give them an opportunity to right a wrong.

Bought this as a gift for my mother, and wow were we both disappointed with this product. It didn't even work. Right out of the box it didn't even work! Screw Keurig. Don't buy this.
